We are available to all of our customers when they need us, and are more than happy to take registered and prospective clients on tours of all of our facilities at New Covent Garden Market to show you the great variety and quality of fresh produce that we supply. We are normal, friendly people who believe in our product and enjoy building relationships with our customers in order to make their products the very best too.

Once you have applied to become a customer of Payal Store, you will be issued with an account number for all future orders and communication. You can apply to become a client of Payal Store by; 1. Filling out our online Register Page or registration form here. You will be e-mailed further document that we require for internal purposes. 2. Call us on 097243 26017

Once you are an approved customer of Payal Food & Veggies, you will be issued with a customer
account number for all future communications with us. You can then use this account number when
placing an order. We offer 5 ways to order for our customers:

Please fill out our order form and send by 2am for next day delivery.

Using your online ordering credentials you can place your order via our online ordering portal.

We have Three Delivery slots

1.  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 

2.  12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

2.  3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

We have straight policy, give best on best reasonable prices without any hidden or over
rated prices so, politely we want to mention our policy as below

• On Upto 250 Rs of purchase delivery charges will be 50 Rs.
•  In Hall seller vendors, restaurant & other trader case no charges is applicable exception special case & term.

No, because we are aiming to provide farm fresh vegetables & fruit to our customer,
that's why we do not store vegetables in bulk for weeks. We simply procure the fresh
material from our farmer’s network as per your esteemed order.

We deliver fresh fruit and vegetables all over vadodara We are based in New manjalpur. and
operate a fleet of delivery vans from here.

• Akota

Can’t see your delivery zone above? We can also deliver to other locations, so please give us a call to
discuss your requirements.

All orders supplied are subject to availability; though we would make every effort to
delivery your needs.

As there are some vegetables and fruit which are available only
during a specific time of the year, we can’t delivery those when they are not available in
the farms.

We hope you understand natural limitations. Along with that you also some
non seasonal products from our frozen section also.
